How to make homemade floor wax

Wax for floors with lemon juice

Ingredients and materials:

• 1/3 cup olive oil (didn't be extra virgin)
• 2/3 cup of white vinegar or lemon juice
• 5 drops of essential oil
• A measuring cup
• A spray can

Preparation:

• The first thing we will be thoroughly clean spray can where we will put the mixture.
• Add olive oil to clean and Polish, along with the vinegar or juice of lemon spray can.
• After emptying the oil and vinegar, carefully add the essences. We have to be careful not to add too much, since usually they are very concentrated and strong odor can affect your pets. Even some essences can be toxic to them. Avoid Mint, lavender, cinnamon, lemon (juice is OK). But if you are worried too simply omits the use of essences.

Application

Before use, you must remove dust from surfaces to waxing. Well shake the pot to mix well. Drizzle sparingly over the surface and with a slightly damp cloth wipe the area as if you brush a glass, until all the wax is uniform and this shiny surface.

Another recipe for floor wax

Ingredients and materials:

• 1 litre of paraffin
• 3 candles or beeswax
• A pan
• A tin or container where to put it, other than plastic or nipples.
• A kitchen spoon.

Use candles to make floor wax

1.  Put the pan on the fire and let it heat for 2 minutes.
2. Then we will break the sails into small pieces and will remove you the Wicks (where it is beeswax, the amount used should be the size of your fist).
3. We empty pieces of sailing in the Pan and let it melt for 5 minutes, moving at all times with a spoon so that it melts faster and do not burn.
4. After this remove the wax from the fire, add the liter of paraffin and move with the spoon the mixture while it is cooling.
5. After 5 minutes we can already empty wax in the container or can we assign.

You can cool the wax for floors faster if you leave it in a container of cold water.

Before waxing floors, be sure that the floor clean and dry. Use a cloth or fabric with which you can apply the wax in an easier way. After this we will see our floors clean and bright.

This floor wax can also use it for Polish furniture, but most recommend using wax for furniture home, so they have a glossier finish and better protection in furniture.
